We made the change for CDW!

I'm just back from an enjoyable few days in London for Clerkwenwell Design Week. We were based at the Assmann office furniture showroom on Turnmill street where a steady flow of visitors came through the (at times) sun-filled space which had a new layout and products specially for CDW.

Our Flux panels on display there, got had a bold new look by rearranging existing components, and changing the fabric.  Disorder became order, yellow became pink. (See previous post for the 'before' version.)

Out and about visiting some of the other showrooms and events,  I particularly enjoyed the Making Art Work in the Workplace talk by International Art Consultants. It was interesting both in its relevance to our work and approach at FoW, and to see some of the new types and variety of works being installed in the corporate working environment.

I also got a lot from the ethereal, yet informative Whiter than White exhibition by material consultants Materials Council.

And soon to be on a sofa in my home, the beautiful abstract design cushions by Brono and Bean.

Thank you to our host and partners at the showroom and wishing everyone the best of luck with the post-show follow up. We're excited about the new 'Friends' we made -  I'll be in touch with everyone I met very soon!
